Lunchtime gets busy between 12 and 1. A thirty-second phone call puts your ticket on the kitchen rail ahead of the queue, and you pay when you pick it up.

Between twelve and one the queue goes out the door. Call your order through, we'll tell you when it'll be ready, and you collect at the pickup end of the counter.
Order straight from us and there's no app surcharge — the whole $12.50 stays in the shop. We're on Uber Eats and DoorDash too, and we're glad you found us there, but a phone call is cheaper for both of us.

Rolls come out of the oven at 10am and 1pm. Pork belly usually sells out by 1:30 on a Saturday.
