Delivery apps take 25–35% of every order. Your own website takes none.
The menu is what people actually look for. Everything else is decoration.

My mission
I'm on a mission to keep independent restaurants independent.
Every year, more of the relationship between a restaurant and its customers gets rented from someone else. A delivery app owns the order. A social platform owns the audience. A listing site owns the reviews. Each one takes a cut, and any of them can change the rules — or disappear — without asking you.
A website you own is the one piece of that puzzle nobody can switch off. Your menu, your hours, your phone number, your address, in one place that answers to you. That's not a marketing strategy. It's just sensible.
And it matters more now than it did five years ago, because people don't only type into Google anymore. They ask an assistant where to eat, and it answers from whatever information it can actually read.
What gets in the way
Great food doesn't matter if people can't find your menu.
The question isn't whether your restaurant is "online" — you probably are, in five different places. It's whether a hungry person can get a straight answer in about ten seconds.
- Your hours are different on Google, Facebook and your website.
- Your full menu is hard to find, out of date, or buried in a PDF, photo or ordering app.
- You already have a website, but nobody has time to keep it current.
- Visitors can find a delivery or social page, but not one clear web address for the restaurant itself.
RestaurantMenus.online gives you one clear, current restaurant website without giving you another system to learn.

How people choose where to eat
Most people decide on their phone, standing still, hungry.
They want four things: what you serve, what it costs, whether you're open, and how to get there. Everything I build is aimed squarely at those four answers.
A readable menu
Your full menu should be easy to read without downloading a file, zooming in or hunting through photos.
Built for a phone
Clear text, simple navigation, one tap to call and one tap to open directions.
Current restaurant details
Menu, hours, phone number and location should be easy to find and kept consistent with the places customers already use.
Clearer information for Google and AI search
A readable web menu and consistent restaurant details give search and AI systems clearer information to work with. No one can promise where a restaurant will appear in an answer.

How this works
It's your website. I just look after it.
You'll never log into a dashboard, learn a builder, or chase a support ticket. You send me the change; I make it.
The web address is yours, not mine
If I register a new one, your restaurant is the registrant. I charge you exactly what it costs at registration — no markup. Already have one? I'll connect it and use it.
I do the building
You send me your menu and your details. I build the site, write it up properly and put it live. There's nothing for you to set up.
You text me the change
New special, price change, closed for a public holiday — send it to me however suits you and I'll make it happen.
I'll rebuild what you've got
If you already have a site that's fallen behind, I'll rebuild it rather than start an argument about it, and then keep it current.
You're dealing with me, not a queue
I'm one person running this. You talk to the person who does the work, every single time.

What's extra
Need a hand with something else?
The $79/month covers the normal running of your site. A few things sit outside that — here's what they are and why, so there's never a surprise invoice.
Menu photography
Photos of your individual dishes so people can see what they're ordering.
Custom changes
Minor custom work at setup — extra pages, a different layout, something specific to your venue.
Extra content updates
Bigger seasonal menu rewrites, new pages, or a batch of changes outside the standard service's normal updates.
FAQ
Common questions.
How much is it?
$299 once to get you online, then $79 a month while I look after it. Your web address is registered separately and I charge you exactly what it costs me — no markup. No lock-in contract.
Do I really own my web address?
Yes. If I register a new .com.au for you, your restaurant is the registrant, not me. It's yours to take anywhere. If you already have one, I'll connect it and use it.
I already have a website — is this for me?
Probably. Most of the sites I rebuild aren't bad, they're just old — clunky on a phone, or showing a menu you stopped serving two years ago. I'll rebuild it and keep it current.
Do I need to edit the website myself?
No, and that's the whole point. You text or email me the change and I do it. One normal menu or content update batch each month is included, plus important factual changes — hours, a closure, a new phone number — whenever they come up.
What if I need something changed urgently?
Normal changes run on a monthly cycle: get them to me by the 25th and they're live on the 1st. If something can't wait — you've sold out, you're closing tomorrow, a price is wrong — I'll do it same day for a flat $30.
Who we are
A hands-on business, not an agency and not an app.
I'm Karen. I build and run simple websites for independent restaurants, one at a time, from the Gold Coast. No account managers, no sales team, no platform you have to learn. Just someone who does the work and answers the phone.
