Card Surcharges Stop October 1: Is Your Menu Ready?

From October 1, card surcharges are banned across Australia — you won’t be able to add a card fee at checkout anymore. That fee has to come from somewhere, which usually means your dish prices need a small adjustment to cover it.

If your menu’s a PDF or an old printed flyer, that’s a proper job — re-typesetting, reprinting, paying someone to fix it. If it’s a real website, it’s a five-minute email.

Send me your new prices whenever you’re ready, and I’ll have them live within the monthly cycle — same day if the deadline’s bearing down on you, for $30. Then print a fresh takeaway menu straight from the site with one click, so your counter and your website always match.

Don’t let a pricing change nobody budgeted for quietly eat into your margin because updating the menu was too much hassle. Let’s sort it before October 1.
